She is so kind, intuitive and responsive and I can tell she truly cares for our golden retriever. She excels in communication regarding daily walks, health concerns, picture updates and much more. She's been absolutely invaluable; on multiple occasions, she's altered me to minor health issues (dog scratching herself), as well as helping me manage larger issues (ruptured cyst on dogs back).
