She is so kind, intuitive and responsive and I can tell she truly cares for our golden retriever. She excels in communication regarding daily walks, health concerns, picture updates and much more. She's been absolutely invaluable; on multiple occasions, she's altered me to minor health issues (dog scratching herself), as well as helping me manage larger issues (ruptured cyst on dogs back). She even alerts me to packages or random events notable to my home!

He had to return to the office full time and with my hectic on the road job, I was so worried about having consistent potty times for Frannie!
